  Life is so unpredictable, no one knows what's gonna happen next. No one knows for much time you are here and what will be the reason for death and everything else. Similarly considering today's situation all around no one even imagined that something big would happen and would change the entire life. Not only a particular place or a country but every creature on this planet is suffering from one or the other thing. The whole world is facing this Coronavirus pandemic. India and several other countries are facing economic slowdown and many other things. Each individual is irritated and frustrated with one or the other thing. Whenever I interact with people I always come to know about a lot of problems they face.  Also, one or other people is suffering from a disease or depression or you may call it anxiety or stress. In a book, I read that a little stress is necessary but the one with a lot of stress is not good for life. It may affect you in any way. It can impact your health,
