HEALTHY LIFESTYLE- IMPORTANCE, DO'S AND DON'TS


 Living a healthy lifestyle is really important for everyone. And to achieve it is the biggest challenge for us because most of us do not know how to go about it and what is to be done and what is not to be done. Most of us think that we are doing a fair job in maintaining our so-called "Healthy Lifestyle". But is it wwhat we really need?                                                                                                                            Here are some ways with which we can make a Good and Healthy Lifestyle:-

DO’S

~ Proper sleep of at least 6 hours

~ Eating healthy food/Maintain a balanced diet

~ Adapt healthy and good habits

~ Exercise daily to be fit

~ Do meditate for at least 5-10 minutes

~ Stay Happy

DON’TS

~ Avoid taking more than 8-hour sleep

~ Avoid Eating junk food

~ Avoid smoking and drinking

~ Avoid being lazy and lethargic

~ Avoid eating sugary contents/ snacks

~ Stop complaining
